Recruitment Consultant - French Speaker

The role:
- 360 recruitment cycle: generating leads, building up connections with clients 
- Finding the right candidates, being commercially minded when screening candidates - are they the right fit for the role?
- Building up your market knowledge within the specialist data & analytics field
- Proactive in your approach to meeting deadlines and agreed SLAs
- Influencing and selling Harnham's Talent solutions to cross and upsell to clients

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be passionate about sales and recruitment, and enjoy the challenges and ambiguity of cold calling and business development. Given this position will be working with clients and candidates in France, we require you to communicate to business level French fluently and confidently!
