- Serve as a trusted partner in managing high-profile, confidential, and time-sensitive initiatives
- Ensure seamless execution and white-glove experience for senior executives and external stakeholders
- Design and execute a thoughtful and elevated employee events strategy across offices
- Oversee internal events that reinforce our culture and employee experience, including town halls, offsites, and social programming (e.g., happy hours, celebrations, firm-wide events)
- Create experiences that strengthen culture, drive engagement, and feel distinct from typical corporate events
- Manage branded materials and employee-facing touchpoints, including curated swag and gifting programs
- Own event budgets, timelines, and logistics with a strong focus on efficiency and quality
- Build and manage relationships with venues, agencies, and vendors globally
- Implement scalable processes and best practices across all event types
- Track and evaluate event effectiveness, incorporating feedback and continuous improvement
- 8–12+ years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or hospitality, preferably within a high-touch corporate environment
- Experience supporting senior executives and institutional clients in high visibility settings
- Proven ability to deliver complex, high quality events with strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Strong creative instincts paired with disciplined execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Willingness to travel and support events outside of standard business hours
- Experience managing budgets and vendor negotiations
- Exceptional aesthetic judgment and taste
- High bar for quality and unwillingness to settle for standard or repeatable formats
- Creative thinker who brings original ideas and a strong point of view
- Thinks like a host, not an organizer
- Calm under pressure; solutions-focused
- Highly polished and professional
- Detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture perspective
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and accountable
- Direct partnership with the CEO and senior leadership
- Opportunity to define how our brand shows up with investors and employees
