• 2–5 years of experience in environmental health & safety
• Degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Environmental Health, Safety Management, or related field
• Strong critical thinking and technical writing skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to groups

• →Conduct health & safety audits/reviews at environmental project sites
• →Prepare site-specific Health & Safety Plans (HASPs)
• →Develop Job Safety Analysis (JSA) forms
• →Investigate incidents/near-misses and manage reporting & follow-up
• →Recommend processes and procedures to reduce workplace hazards
• →Review and improve safety standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• →Effectively train staff in company safety programs and safe work practices
• →Oversee subcontractor onboarding and third-party H&S reporting
