* Build slide decks, participant materials, facilitator guides, and job aids based on provided frameworks and direction.
* Develop and maintain on-demand learning content, including micro-learning modules, recorded sessions, toolkits, and self-paced resources within the LMS or digital learning platforms.
* Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and easy-to-use learning tools.
* Assist in developing just-in-time toolkits focused on feedback, decision-making, team effectiveness, and leadership fundamentals.
* Manage learning logistics, materials, and coordination for live sessions.
* Maintain learning resources within digital platforms and repositories.
* Incorporate feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine materials.
* Ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment across learning assets.
What You Will Bring:
* 2–4 years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, HR, education, or related field.
* Experience developing or supporting on-demand or digital learning content (e.g., micro-learning modules, recorded sessions, interactive resources).
* Familiarity with eLearning systems and tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, or similar platforms.
* Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
* Experience building presentations and learning materials (PowerPoint, Word, etc).
* High attention to detail and strong project management skills.
* Ability to take direction and translate it into structured, polished deliverables.
* Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred:
* Experience with eLearning tools (Articulate, Rise, etc.).
* Familiarity with LMS platforms.
* Interest in leadership development or organizational effectiveness.
* Experience supporting live virtual or in-person training sessions.
Why It Matters:
This role will help ensure our learning experiences are well-designed, practical, and scalable. By supporting the development of tools and leadership resources, this role contributes to strengthening feedback culture, decision clarity, and leadership effectiveness across Hasbro.
