Running a manufactured home community is part operator, part hospitality manager, part small-business GM. The Community Manager owns the financial performance, resident experience, and physical condition of an entire community — and the right person in the seat shapes the lives of hundreds of households every day.
As a Community Manager, you will maintain a best-in-class, customer-centric culture while delivering an exceptional employee experience. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, achieving operational excellence by managing net-operating income, occupancy, collections, and home sales.
This role offers an experienced property management professional ownership of an entire community — its team, its residents, its financial performance, and its physical condition. The scope is broad, the autonomy is real, and the impact is visible every day in the lives of the families who call Havenpark home.
