✓Lead Hawthorne’s construction technology products and services, including Product Link, Vision-Link, Cat Central / PCC, Cat Inspect, S·O·S, and related digital solutions.

✓Serves as the technical subject matter expert for all aftermarket digital solutions.

✓Lead and oversee training for customers and Hawthorne personnel on digital applications, including Cat Central, PCC, and Vision-Link.

✓Leads and develops the digital services team and manages departmental performance on key metrics with oversight on employee development and training.

✓Continuously improves standard operating procedures for Product Link troubleshooting and installation (CI, P&E). Provide oversight and training for technicians on said SOP’s.

✓Develop and execute strategies that increase customer engagement and growth through eCommerce and digital solutions (customer activation, retention, administration, support).

✓Grow adoption of equipment/fleet management technology/solutions with customers.

✓Analyzes telematics, inspection, and other relevant equipment data to identify data-driven fleet insights and develop customer centric solutions.

✓Develops growth strategies for digital application adoption for customer facing sales representatives.

✓Partner with Sales, Service, Rental, Marketing, Training, IT, Parts, and Product Support teams to support company initiatives and customer objectives.

✓Develop strategies to increase customer up-time through fleet management services.

✓Maintains technical expertise in emerging technologies, digital solutions, and industry trends to support business growth and innovation.

✓Performs and supports various other duties and projects as assigned to meet the company, department, or individual objectives.

✓Estimated Compensation $46.00-$51.00 hourly

Ten years of experience in construction equipment industry.
Five years of digital/technology experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Product knowledge in Caterpillar and associated product lines preferred.
DBS and/or AS400 experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
Must have a valid California Class C Driver’s License with a good record.
Ability to communicate professionally and clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word.
Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
