The Sales Enablement Specialist is a member of the Hayes Locums Sales Enablement, Training, & Development team and plays a critical role in developing Sales Consultants responsible for building provider relationships, generating placement opportunities, and driving revenue growth. In this high-impact role, you will facilitate the in-person “DRIVE 3.0” six-week sales onboarding program and serve as a sales subject matter expert. Primary facilitation focus will be sales enablement onboarding, locums industry basics, consultative sales skills, and/or sales methodologies, CRM best practices, and organization strategies. Additional responsibilities involve project management, coaching, and micro-learning facilitation during the DRIVE 3.0 program.
We're seeking a dynamic facilitator who can command a room of sales professionals, influence learner engagement, and effectively coach consultative selling best practices. Requirements
~2 min read• Complete the DRIVE 3.0 onboarding program.
• Shadow a Sales Enablement Specialist through an entire cohort to gain confidence to independently deliver assigned training programs.
• Successfully complete DRIVE 3.0 facilitator readiness requirements, including training audits and live facilitation assessments, while maintaining high learner satisfaction scores and contributing to the overall success of the Sales Enablement team.
• Employees must be in good standing and have current manager approval prior to applying and participating in the interview process.
2+ years of experience in locums sales, sales leadership, sales training, learning and development, or sales facilitation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of sales methodologies, consultative selling techniques, sales processes, and CRM/technology solutions, with the ability to coach, reinforce, and drive adoption among sales professionals.
• Proven ability to facilitate training with credibility, confidence, and professionalism in both individual and group settings.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate adult learning through interactive training techniques, coaching, and learner-driven participation.
• Experience analyzing performance metrics, reporting data, and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, learning outcomes, and business processes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, balance competing demands, and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and apply complex business concepts, systems, products, and processes.
• Self-motivated, collaborative team player with a passion for developing others, sharing knowledge, and contributing to organizational success.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the locums staffing industry, including consultative sales methodologies, line-of-business distinctions, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated growth mindset with the ability to drive innovation and thrive in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Sense, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
~1 min read• Manage all aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment of on-demand courseware, reporting, and delivery of instructor-led sales training that is engaging and allows trainees to maximize opportunities for participation.
• Develop, facilitate, and continuously enhance new hire onboarding and advanced consultative sales training programs.
• Develop, coach, and role-play with consultants during sit-ins, side-by-sides, remedial training, effective recognition, and performance management processes.
• Cultivate rapport and respect with the sales leadership team to become a trusted partner and advisor.
• Provide regular updates and visibility into training initiatives, program performance, and development efforts to senior sales leadership.
• Gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that improve upon existing sales processes and ultimately align to broader company goals.
• Travel periodically for training events, meetings, and company functions, as needed.
This role is based in-person, in-office Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Due to the position's responsibility for facilitating sales onboarding and coaching programs across multiple time zones, work schedules are frequently adjusted to accommodate evening training sessions and business needs aligned with West Coast schedules. Flexibility to work outside standard business hours on a regular basis is required.
