We are seeking independently licensed therapists in California who are passionate about working with children and families within a structured, measurement-based care model.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality virtual therapy while using standardized assessments and ongoing measures to guide diagnosis, track progress, and inform treatment.
Responsibilities
~1 min readProvide evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 6–17) and their families
Deliver interventions such as CBT, Exposure Response Prevention, Parent Management Training, PCIT, CPP, and other evidence-based modalities
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) using our platform
Conduct comprehensive intake and diagnostic assessments for child and family clients
Perform multi-dimensional evaluations, including assessing family dynamics, school environment, medical history, and cultural factors
Assess risk and safety including SI/HI/NSSI and complete safety plans with clients when indicated
Utilize standardized clinical measures to support diagnosis and ongoing care
Track client progress using session-level measures, incorporating both client-reported and clinician-assessed perspectives
Requirements
~1 min readMaster’s-level therapist independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)
Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families
Demonstrated experience treating common pediatric mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches
Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
Comfortable delivering care virtually and using technology in clinical practice
Interest in or experience with measurement-informed care and outcomes tracking
