Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Administer medication and monitor client health
Assist with mobility and transportation needs
Engage clients in social and recreational activities
Maintain a clean and safe living environment
Document and report any changes in client condition
Communicate effectively with clients and their families
Adhere to all safety and health regulations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Background check and drug screening required
Reliable transportation to client's homes
