Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Personal Caregiver, you will:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Offer medication reminders and wellness monitoring
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help clients maintain a safe, comfortable, and independent lifestyle at home
Document care activities and communicate with the care team as needed

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) certification preferred, but not required
We provide and pay for caregiver training for qualified candidates
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Ability to pass a written competency evaluation
Must pass a drug screen and nationwide background check
Reliable, honest, compassionate, and committed to helping others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
