Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for exceptional home care services. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients. Candidates must be committed to patient-centered care and have experience working with diverse populations including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring specialized dementia care.

Responsibilities

Assisting clients with personal care, which could consist of bathing, dressing, feeding, transferring, mobility support, and incontinence care and/or overall hygiene
Medication reminders
Support clients with specialized needs including Alzheimer’s care & dementia care.
Operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts and assist with transfers safely and comfortably.
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks.
