Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions. Competitive Pay: $20–$22 per hour (depending on experience and certification)

Caregiver Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity at home
  • Work one-on-one in clients’ homes with flexible shifts based on availability
Caregiver Requirements:

  • Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required—we will train the right Caregiver
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
  • Must be dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care
  • A passion for helping others and building meaningful relationships as a Caregiver
