Personal Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life of our clients by providing compassionate, professional in-home care.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Providing companionship and emotional support
Helping with meal planning and meal preparation
Performing light housekeeping and household organization
Offering medication reminders
Supporting safe mobility and daily activities
Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes as needed
Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and their families

Qualifications

HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification preferred but not required
Willingness to complete paid training programs
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Ability to pass a written competency evaluation
Ability to pass a drug screening and nationwide background check
Reliable, honest, compassionate, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine passion for serving others as a professional Caregiver
