ComForCare Home Health Care (North San Diego) is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join their team in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
Help with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety
Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation
Maintain accurate care logs and documentation of daily activities

Requirements:

Previous experience as a home care aide, caregiver, CNA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred
Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check and provide verifiable references
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
