About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Care Pro to join our team. Right at Home North Shore-Chicago Metro, IL is a leading provider of in-home care services, and we are excited to welcome a new member to our team who shares our passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Help clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or activities
Document and report any changes in the client's condition to the care team

Requirements:

With High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one (1) year of experience in caregiving or a related field.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as required to perform the job.
Experience safely assisting clients with transfers and mobility, including the proper use of a Hoyer lift and gait belt.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
