ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our growing team in Burlington and Camden County. This is a rewarding hourly opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing essential in-home care and support. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervising staff
Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environment
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Assist with medication reminders in accordance with care plans

Requirements:

Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
Previous experience in home care, personal care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client homes in the Burlington/ Camden County, NJ area
Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a client-first attitude
Ability to follow care plans and work independently with minimal supervision
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
