Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing during late afternoon shifts
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention to ensure safety at home
Prepare and serve evening meals while accommodating dietary needs and preferences
Administer medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying, laundry, and dishes
Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life
Communicate updates on client condition to supervisors and family members as needed

Requirements:

Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred
Availability for consistent late afternoon and early evening shifts
Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans accurately
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
