ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join their team in Burlington and Camden County, NJ. Responsibilities:

Provide live-in personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staff
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands
Administer medications as directed and within scope of CHHA certification
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
Follow individualized care plans developed by healthcare professionals

Requirements:

Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
Prior experience in home health care, personal care, or a related caregiving role preferred
Ability to live on-site with the client for scheduled shifts
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting and transferring clients
Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
Valid ID and ability to pass a background check
