Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you will provide essential in-home support that allows clients to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.

Responsibilities include:

Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Offering companionship and emotional support
Providing medication reminders
Supporting clients with daily living activities
Maintaining accurate communication regarding client care needs
Working in clients' homes with a variety of schedules and shift lengths

Caregiver Requirements

Current HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required
Willingness to complete paid Caregiver training provided by Right at Home
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Ability to pass a written competency evaluation
Ability to pass a drug screening and nationwide background check
Reliable, honest, compassionate, and professional attitude
Strong desire to serve seniors and make a positive impact in the community
