Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you will provide essential in-home support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Providing companionship and emotional support
Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
Performing light housekeeping duties
Providing medication reminders
Supporting activities of daily living
Maintaining a safe and positive environment for clients

Qualifications

Caregiving, HCA, or CNA experience preferred but not required
Willingness to complete Idaho caregiver training requirements if needed
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Ability to pass a competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
Reliable, caring, and compassionate attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
