What You'll Do

This unique position combines your hands-on caregiving knowledge with office-based responsibilities.

Recruit and connect with prospective caregivers.
Conduct telephone screenings and in-office interviews.
Assist with onboarding, orientations, and caregiver training.
Introduce caregivers to clients and help ensure successful placements
Provide hands-on coaching and support to caregivers in the field.
Help coordinate coverage for call-offs and urgent staffing needs.

This position is approximately 80% office-based and 20% field-based. You will work from our Bingham Farms office with regular travel throughout the service area.

What you bring

2+ years of professional caregiving experience, preferably 1:1 senior care.
Prior Office or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational skills, and willingness to adapt to changing needs
Availability to work Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and shared on-call duties.
Must maintain a valid driver license, current car insurance and vehicle registration, and have a reliable personal vehicle.

Compensation

$21-$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
