Our lead caregiver supports the Director of Care Services and is an important part of our growth and development. 

Benefits: 
  • Competitive Pay starting at $24.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Full-time – 40 hours a week guaranteed 
  • Weekly pay (paid every Friday)

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Completes a start of care shift for our new clients and create a Care Plan
  • Training and supporting our caregivers on their first shift
  • Cover fill-in shifts 
  • Available Monday- Friday 9am-5pm (flexible) 
  • Must be willing to work 1 weekend a month (2 days off during the week- you choose days)
  • Able to travel- Pierce and Thurston County 
 Requirements: 
 
  • Must be Certified as a CNA (Nursing Assistant Certification or HCA (Home Care Aide) in the State of Washington 
  • Must be able to provide proof of valid Driver's license and Insurance
  • Empathy and the ability to care for the client's social, emotional, physical, and mental health
  • Open to help with personal care 
  • Proficient in some domestic chores such as preparing meals and cleaning
  • Trained in specialized areas of care, for example, geriatrics, dementia, or Alzheimer's disease
  • Open to working around pets and smoking
  • Available for consistent shifts throughout the Pierce County area - Tacoma, Lakewood, Gig Harbor, Dupont, Puyallup, Lacey and Olympia.
