We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes throughout Springfield, MA and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities for Physical Therapist:

  • Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans as prescribed
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and functional training
  • Administer physical agents such as heat, cold, ultrasound, or electrical stimulation (per state regulations)
  • Observe, document, and report patient responses and progress to the Physical Therapist
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and proper body mechanics
  • Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment
  • Comply with all facility policies, professional standards, and state practice acts

    Qualifications for Physical Therapist :

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
  • Previous experience in home health or outpatient physical therapy preferred.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
