Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with regular updates on services and addressing any inquiries or requests

- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to clients, working closely with the sales team to achieve business growth targets

- Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and utilize feedback to improve our services and processes

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients

- Prepare and present reports on client retention, satisfaction, and business growth to senior management

- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote HealthBay and build relationships with potential clients

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities

- Maintain accurate and updated client records in the company's CRM system

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry

- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving business growth targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulations is a plus
