As a Programmatic Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our programmatic media campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing and advertising teams to develop and implement effective strategies to reach our target audience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement programmatic media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth

- Manage and optimize programmatic media campaigns across various platforms, including display, video, and social media

- Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness

- Monitor industry trends and developments in programmatic media and make recommendations for improvement

- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop creative and compelling ad content

- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad formats and placements

- Manage relationships with programmatic media vendors and negotiate rates to ensure cost-effective campaigns

- Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance to stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies in programmatic media to continuously improve campaign performance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in programmatic media buying and optimization

- In-depth knowledge of programmatic media platforms, including DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs

- Experience with Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and other ad tech tools

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

- Proven track record of managing successful programmatic media campaigns

- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
