Healthcare United is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time Pain Management APP opportunity in the Jacksonville, Florida area. This is a full-time, permanent position with a multidisciplinary pain management team focused on the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic pain conditions. The incoming APP will work closely with physicians and clinical team members to provide patient-centered care, develop individualized treatment plans, support interventional and regenerative therapies under physician supervision, and help improve patient function and quality of life. Key responsibilities include: • Patient assessments, medical histories, and physical examinations • Evaluation and management of acute and chronic pain conditions • Review of diagnostic tests and clinical findings • Development and adjustment of individualized treatment plans • Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members • Support with interventional pain procedures and regenerative therapies • Patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and procedural expectations • Accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant seeking a full-time pain management role with physician collaboration, clinical support, and exposure to interventional and regenerative pain care.
