Shipping Coordinator

hear.com is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Denver team. In this role, you will help ensure our products reach customers accurately and on time, while supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. • →Place product orders with various manufacturers across our product and accessory portfolio
• →Organize and manage inventory stock
• →Pack and ship product orders to customers in a timely manner (this role is labor-intensive)
• →Manage the tracking of product orders to ensure they arrive on time at the correct location
• →Serve as the product expert on the team and answer product-related questions as needed
• →Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth experience for our customers
• →Coordinate shipping and tracking for all customer packages
• →Oversee the administration of program files and relevant documents, including physical and electronic filing

• →Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently
• →Organized and detail-oriented
• →Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• →Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• →Team player with a collaborative mindset
• →Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• →Background in logistics is a plus
