The Role…

Reporting into the Commerce Partnerships Lead, the Affiliates Partnerships Executive will play a key role in driving affiliate revenue growth across Hearst’s portfolio of iconic brands. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role at the heart of ecommerce, working with affiliate networks, editorial teams, and commercial partners to unlock new revenue opportunities.

You’ll support the execution and optimisation of affiliate and shopping campaigns, ensuring content is commercially effective and aligned to key trading moments. From building partner relationships and supporting tenancy deals to analysing performance data and spotting trends, you’ll play an active role in how we deliver on and evolve our commerce strategy.

This role suits someone who enjoys working with both data and relationships—proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable working across teams to turn opportunities into revenue.

Main Duties…

  • Work closely with affiliate networks to identify growth opportunities and support the delivery of affiliate campaigns against business goals

  • Collaborate with editorial teams to optimise content for performance, including managing communications on deals, promotions, and rates, and improving EPC through product and merchant positioning

  • Support key shopping trading moments (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Prime Day) through analysis, planning, and cross-team coordination

  • Monitor and maintain content quality, ensuring links are functional, products are in stock, and pages are optimised for performance

  • Work with internal teams to support revenue growth from key partners (including Amazon) and contribute to wider ecommerce initiatives

  • Support tenancy activity by identifying opportunities, coordinating delivery across teams, and ensuring campaigns are executed and reported effectively

  • Contribute to regular reporting and ad hoc analysis, tracking performance, identifying trends, and supporting data-led decision making

About You…

  • Some experience in affiliate marketing, ecommerce, or performance marketing, with a solid understanding of how affiliate models work in practice

  • Familiarity with affiliate networks such as Awin, Impact, or Skimlinks

  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of key performance metrics such as CPA, EPC, and conversion rates

  • A strong interest in data, with the ability to spot trends and support performance analysis

  • Confident working with both internal and external stakeholders, with some experience in client-facing, sales, or negotiation-based environments

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing content and campaign delivery

  • Comfortable using Excel and working with data, with a proactive, test-and-learn mindset
