LEGAL COUNSEL CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL LAW - 3 days/week - Temporary mission of 6 months

The purpose of the legal counsel function is to deliver practical legal support in corporate and commercial law, focusing on contract management, compliance, litigation and risk mitigation. The role supports all business lines with a service-oriented approach.

You will be based in Braine l´Alleud, Belgium and you will report to the Legal Director Benelux.

  Draft, review & negotiate contracts (procurement, engineering, construction);

  Support business on claims & litigation, in close contact with external lawyer or insurer where applicable;

  Collaborate across cement, concrete & aggregates business lines including key projects;

• →

  Prepare templates and use digital tools to streamline legal processes;

• →

  Work in interdisciplinary, international teams.
