We are on the lookout for a talented Staff Accountant to join our team and play a pivotal role in our expanding business units. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for assigned business unit(s) and assist in creating and monitoring budgets.
• Maintain and reconcile all balance sheet and critical general ledger accounts.
• Document existing accounting systems, programs, and procedures while actively participating in the development of new and improved accounting systems.
• Identify errors or irregularities and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Collaborate with external accounting firms for tax audits and tax return preparations when necessary.
  
• Assist in formulating and documenting business processes to ensure seamless coordination between accounting and operations.

Key Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of their professional growth and success.
• Proficiency in PC or Mac platforms, with hands-on experience in MS Office, Google Suite, Quickbooks, and web-based software.

The annual base salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.

*This position is required to be in the office 5 days a week.
