Patient Onboarding Advocate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Patient Onboarding Advocate to join our team! The ideal candidate will guide patients from initial inquiry, provide support through multiple referral and inquiry channels, patient enrollment and onboarding support through outbound and inbound programs.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Functions include but are not limited to:

• →Initial Patient Contact and triage
• →Appointment scheduling
• →Insurance verification support
• →Documentation collection
• →Pre-procedure preparation for endovascular interventions
• →Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies

• Strong empathy and customer service skills.
• Ability to work and operate in client systems.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
