As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, trauma-informed care through telehealth while partnering with families to support meaningful, lasting change.

You'll manage a caseload of 15–36 sessions per week, with the flexibility to choose part-time or full-time.

Your day-to-day will include:

• →🧠 Conducting clinical intakes and assessments
• →📝 Developing client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
• →💻 Providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
• →🤝 Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team
• →📋 Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
• →👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Providing family education and care coordination
• →🌎 Delivering culturally responsive care that recognizes each family's unique needs and experiences

Since 2020, we've supported 12,000+ children and families through accessible, virtual behavioral healthcare.

And we're focused on outcomes: 78% of families report that their child is doing better after three months of care.
