Responsibilities

You'll manage a caseload of 25–36 sessions per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy through telehealth.

With a strong referral pipeline, you'll have the opportunity to build a consistent caseload while focusing on what you do best: providing exceptional clinical care.

Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2:00–9:00 PM, with weekend availability a plus.

Your day-to-day will include:

→🧠 Conducting clinical intakes and assessments
→📝 Developing client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
→💻 Providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
→🤝 Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team
→📋 Maintaining timely, accurate clinical documentation in our EHR
→👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Providing family education and care coordination
→💜 Building strong therapeutic relationships with children, adolescents, and their families

What We Offer

✓$65/billable hour — LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT with independent licensure

✓$45/billable hour — LMSW or LGPC (supervision provided; limited openings)
