Licensed Mental Health Therapist

• →Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth
• →Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• →Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and clinical team members
• →Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• →Support families with education and care coordination

• Active Arizona license (LPC, LCSW)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Experience or strong interest in working with children, teens, and families
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
