As one of our Illinois clinicians, you'll have the opportunity to:

You'll provide compassionate, evidence-informed care to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families through secure telehealth.

Your day-to-day will include:

• →📝 Conducting clinical intakes and developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
• →💻 Providing individual, family, and group therapy
• →🤝 Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team
• →👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Providing family education and care coordination
• →📋 Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
• →💜 Building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families
• →🌎 Delivering culturally responsive care that recognizes each family's unique needs

We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about children and families and excited to help us establish a strong clinical presence in Illinois.

• Active Illinois license: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
• Comfort with technology and virtual clinical platforms
