📍 Location: Fully Remote (Must hold active Maryland license)
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM | Weekend availability is a plus!

We’re growing our Maryland team and seeking dedicated full-time licensed therapists ready to build a long-term career while making a lasting impact.

Work from anywhere in Maryland with no commute and full administrative support.

Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families in communities with high need.

Collaborative interdisciplinary team, accessible leadership, and systems designed to reduce burnout and maximize clinical focus.

• →Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
  
  
• →Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments
  
  
• →Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans
  
  
• →Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and peer clinicians
  
  
• →Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
  
  
• →Support families with education and care coordination
  
  

• Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
  
  
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  
  
• Passion for serving children, teens, and young adults
  
  
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
