Since 2020, we've served 12,000+ kids and families through accessible behavioral healthcare. 78% of families report that their child is doing better after three months.
We built Backpack because the traditional mental healthcare model wasn't working โ for kids, families, or the clinicians trying to help them.
Here, clinicians have the opportunity to practice independently, collaborate meaningfully, and make a measurable difference in the lives of young people.
If you're a Virginia PMHNP looking for clinical autonomy, flexible telehealth practice, competitive per-session compensation, and additional monthly earning potential, we'd love to meet you.
Backpack Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity in age, background, identity, and experience โ and we mean it.
