We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Clerk (Part-Time) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and tracking customer orders, preparing shipment documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and keeping operations running seamlessly.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Accurately enter and process customer orders into our system.
- →Verify that electronic and email orders are received correctly and complete.
- →Print and prepare purchase orders and related shipment documentation.
- →Record purchase order numbers and case counts into tracking spreadsheets.
- →Communicate daily case numbers and order updates to the internal team.
- →Prepare driver documentation, including clearance paperwork and reporting for border requirements.
- →Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure orders are invoiced accurately and on time.
- →Maintain up-to-date records by logging invoice numbers into shared spreadsheets.
- →Resolve delivery issues with logistics partners in a professional and timely manner.
- →Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness for all shipments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Administration, or Logistics is an asset.
- 1–2 years of experience in order entry, logistics, or administrative support preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
- Familiarity with order entry systems and cross-border shipping processes considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct discrepancies.
- This is a part-time position.
- Saturday and Sunday availability is required.
- Additional hours may be available throughout the week depending on workload and scheduling needs.
