Someone who, beyond academic background, brings the mindset and personal attributes to thrive in a fast-moving tax environment:
- Self-motivated: Genuinely curious to learn, bringing a meaningful and non-trivial contribution to every task, with energy and drive. Don't wait to be chased: stays on top of deadlines, follows up proactively, asks for guidance when needed, and flags risks before they escalate.
- Critical thinking: Ask the right questions and bring creative solutions to the table. Understand the "why" behind every task, challenge approaches constructively - and never bring a problem without at least one proposed solution.
- Attention to detail: Review every document meticulously, cross-checking for internal consistency (defined terms, cross-references, schedules) and catching issues before they surface elsewhere.
- Team working: Collaborate openly across functions and jurisdictions. Share knowledge, give credit, integrate feedback, and put team wins above personal visibility - especially under pressure.
