Technical Tools
Finance & AccountingTax
  • Assist in structuring, optimizing, and monitoring intercompany relationships among the Group's entities;
  • Assist in drafting tax policies and internal procedures under the supervision of the Tax team;
  • Help map and track tax obligations across Group entities to support consistency, harmonization, and efficiency;
  • Contribute to maintaining contractual templates, internal manuals, registers, and trackers to strengthen tax compliance;
  • Carry out tax research and analysis on recent legislative developments;
  • Support day-to-day activities with a tax dimension, including helping prepare memos, briefing notes, and materials for senior management.

Someone who, beyond academic background, brings the mindset and personal attributes to thrive in a fast-moving tax environment:

  • Self-motivated: Genuinely curious to learn, bringing a meaningful and non-trivial contribution to every task, with energy and drive. Don't wait to be chased: stays on top of deadlines, follows up proactively, asks for guidance when needed, and flags risks before they escalate.
  • Critical thinking: Ask the right questions and bring creative solutions to the table. Understand the "why" behind every task, challenge approaches constructively - and never bring a problem without at least one proposed solution.
  • Attention to detail: Review every document meticulously, cross-checking for internal consistency (defined terms, cross-references, schedules) and catching issues before they surface elsewhere.
  • Team working: Collaborate openly across functions and jurisdictions. Share knowledge, give credit, integrate feedback, and put team wins above personal visibility - especially under pressure.
  • Is a recent law graduate, preferably with a tax-oriented specialization, or a current Master's student specializing in tax law;
  • Has a genuine curiosity about international tax law and is eager to learn how rules translate into operational reality;
  • Prior experience in a tax practice or any other exposure to tax matters is a plus;
  • Is fluent in English; working proficiency in Italian is a nice plus.
