As our Welcome Host, you will become an iconic figure at the doors of Hermès’ new Maison. A warm, whimsical, impeccably polished, and effortlessly gracious individual that embodies all of Hermès’ values. You will set the tone for every visit, whether a client is joining us for a long‑awaited appointment or simply wandering in to explore. Your presence will be the gentle thread that ties together the elegance of the Maison and the comfort of genuine hospitality.

 

  • Greet clients as they approach and enter, offering a welcome that feels both elevated and deeply personal
  • Serve as a key ambassador of the Maison, embodying our values with warmth and refinement
  • Create a sense of identity and occasion from the very first moment
  • Support clients with thoughtful touches, an umbrella cover, a guiding gesture, a reassuring word
  • Usher clients to our Maison Host team to schedule or attend appointments
  • Be present for departing clients, ensuring their final impression is as memorable as their first
  • Offer direction and assistance with grace and clarity
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, becoming a trusted and recognisable figure within the Maison
  • Represent both Hermès and the local community with pride and poise

 

 

You are someone who truly sees people. You remember names, faces, stories, and the small details that make each client feel unique and special. You bring a natural charisma and warmth that puts others at ease, paired with the polish and discretion expected in the world of luxury.

You have experience in high‑end client service; perhaps at a members’ club, a luxury hotel concierge, a theatre front‑of‑house lead, a butler, or a toastmaster/mistress. You understand the rhythm of refined hospitality and the subtle art of making every guest feel cherished.
