About the Role
~3 min readWe are seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, Indirect to lead sourcing strategy and supplier management across critical indirect spend categories within a fast-paced aerospace and defense environment. This is a highly strategic role focused on building scalable sourcing frameworks, driving supplier performance, and supporting rapid company growth from development through production scale-up.
You will own end-to-end sourcing activities across categories such as Professional Services, Software/SaaS, IT Infrastructure, Facilities, Capital Equipment, and Corporate Services. The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, commercially strong, operationally minded, and comfortable operating in ambiguity while partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal, IT, and Executive Leadership.
The salary range listed for this role is intended as a general guideline. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including role scope and responsibilities, relevant experience, education and training, key skills, market data, and business needs.
