We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Benefits & Wellness Coordinator position, joining our Nottingham, PA team!
- SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday
- HOURS: 8:00am-5:00pm, with some flexibility as needed!
- BENEFITS: This position is full-time benefit eligible, elective benefits include:

Job Summary:
The primary responsibilities of this position will be responding to employee benefit and wellness inquiries or concerns received via phone, walk-in or email in order to ensure timely customer service and resolution. This role also supports the benefits department in coordinating, communicating, educating and executing benefit & wellness programs. Demonstrates the company’s commitment to team and people through executing exemplary customer service and going the extra mile for employees.
Qualifications You Bring:
The primary responsibilities of this position will be responding to employee benefit and wellness inquiries or concerns received via phone, walk-in or email in order to ensure timely customer service and resolution. This role also supports the benefits department in coordinating, communicating, educating and executing benefit & wellness programs. Demonstrates the company’s commitment to team and people through executing exemplary customer service and going the extra mile for employees.
Qualifications You Bring:
- High school degree or equivalent, associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or a combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities in Human Resources and/or Benefits. Customer service-related experience a plus.
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict adherence to HIPAA & confidentiality requirements.
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation and demonstrated listening skills. Ability to understand and communicate sense of urgency.
- Self-motivated with demonstrated strong work ethic, the ability to work within tight deadlines, and paying attention to detail while delivering stellar customer service.
- Proven ability at problem-solving and enjoys an environment where multitasking is a must.
- Demonstrates flexibility to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually and execute in a timely manner.
- Proven ability to prioritize and appropriately discern urgency
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn industry-specific software in a reasonable amount of time, with the ability to change work habits as the company continues to implement advances in technology.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel a plus.
- Proven ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
- Occasional travel, as needed. Approx 5% per year.
Physical requirements and work environment:
- Performs work required for this position in an office environment.
- Remains sedentary for moderate to extended periods of time.
- Required to use a computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift 20lbs on occasion.
