• →Assist with regional accounting and administrative functions
• →Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and financial summaries
• →Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and variances
• →Support month-end reporting and reconciliation processes
• →Review, organize, and maintain accounting records
• →Assist management with special projects and reporting requests
• →Collaborate with dealership office managers and accounting teams
• →Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, reporting)
• Accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration experience preferred
• Basic financial analysis and reporting experience required
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with dealership accounting systems is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
