What We Offer

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own our GTM B2B CRM stack (Salesforce-centric) - the backbone of our day-to-day Sales operations. This isn't a traditional CRM admin/developer role. You'll bring engineering rigor to a business-critical system: version-controlled deployments, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and AI-augmented development workflows.

In this role, you’ll enable and support a team of sales ICs across different sales motions by building reliable automations and workflows that remove manual work and keep the pipeline moving.

Goal of the team / what we want to achieve: make Sales faster and more effective by increasing sales productivity, standardizing and scaling core sales processes, and reducing operational friction through automation in Salesforce and the surrounding GTM tooling.

You don't need previous CRM experience. We're looking for engineers who want to bring a software engineering mindset to GTM - and shape how it's done in the future. You'll be at the forefront of that shift, powered by AI tooling that makes the platform accessible from day one.

In this role, you can earn an annual target salary between 72.000 - 90.000 €. Your personal development and promotion opportunities are also guaranteed with us.
