This Is What Your Day Looks Like • Drive between visits with flexibility and control over your schedule. • Provide skilled nursing care in homes and senior communities. • Deliver treatments such as wound care, medication management, and assessments. • Build relationships with patients and families over time. • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams. • Document in real time and stay focused on patient care. What We’re Looking For • Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Experience in home health, med-surg, rehab, or clinical nursing. • Strong clinical judgment and independence. • A nurse who values connection, autonomy, and meaningful work. • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
