  Purpose of the Job As a Social Content Creator, you will play a meaningful role in evolving what it takes to successfully engage our client’s audience which include a diverse subset of gamers (i.e. from casual mobile gamers to hardcore multi-platform gamers) through video content across their product channels, with a primary focus on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X. This role supports the Social and Content team where you will have a major role in creating original social posts for our client, a leader in the tech industry.   The successful candidate will help execute original content for their channels, everything from evergreen content to new product launches. You will work with the Social team to deliver best-in-class social creative that amplifies the brand’s voice and positioning. You will aim to create entertaining and inspiring posts while demonstrating our client’s unique form of helpfulness across their channels. The team works iteratively and innovates through testing and experimentation, using data to inform their content strategy.    Candidates should be capable storytellers and be able to deliver quick turn high-quality engaging social videos both in front of and behind the lens. As new platforms emerge, you’ll work to keep the channels on the cutting edge of creative and visual storytelling. You should have a strong background in visual content creation for social, be up to date on social trends, and have a solid track record of producing visual and creative content tailored to each platform. Key Responsibilities: Develop, produce, and create original design, animation, photo and video content for social media accounts, with engagement, franchise development and audience growth and adoption as top of mind. Engage in video editing, animating and other post-production duties for a variety of video content. Edit photo, video and audio assets under tight deadlines for proactive and reactive opportunities. Comfortably direct and shoot content using specific devices.  Develop expert knowledge of the client’s creative assets to use in social content. Self manage on production sets and execute against storyboards and social narratives. Work closely with social, product and brand teams to execute content and provide creative feedback that maintains brand accuracy and align with the go-to-market strategy. Collate assets and adhere to licensing agreements to create engaging, exciting and high-quality content. Time will likely be spent 20% creating, 30% editing/post-production, 40% producing/development, 10% creative strategy Knowledge, Skills + Experience   A passion for social media content creation with 5+ years of shooting and editing video & photo assets for gaming content and/or gaming technology Runs or regularly contributes to a current social account (include the social handle with your portfolio) A proven ability to create relevant social marketing with use cases that can resonate with a gamer and/or audience A creative portfolio of proven work Tech industry and gaming experience Expert in mobile gaming and/or PC/Console gaming (at least two gaming platforms is ideal and one must include mobile) Expertise in Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro  Expertise in Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects Native Android user is strongly preferred Ability to prompt in genAI tools like Veo3 / Nano Banana is preferred Experience with design, animation, and video production and editing, especially for social channels Experience executing and managing creative visual content on a best-in-class social media editorial team, working cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders Familiarity with camera codecs and deliverable formats for all platforms Some understanding of cross-channel social strategy to develop growth Ability to innovate and make recommendations through testing and learning Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines, pivoting to fit priorities Ability to take direction and be a positive, collaborative force on the team while navigating a highly collaborative working environment Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate independently in a fast paced, deadline driven, rapidly changing work environment #LI-AF1
