Responsibilities

→Hospitality Skills: Superior guest service and hospitality skills, engaging guests and customizing their experience
→Attention to Detail: Skill in time management and organization
→Knowledge: Understands proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures and basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems
→Conflict management skills: Analytical skills, and a high degree of emotional intelligence in order to recognize and solve
→Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively and connect with guests and team members
→Strong Multitasking Ability: Capability to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently while following a specific service time
→Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in handling payments and calculating tips
→Guest Service Orientation: Commitment to providing a positive dining experience
→Previous Experience: Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required
→Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring evening and weekend availability. Ability to stand and maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time
→Lifting: Must be able to lift between 20 to 50 pounds

Minimum 18 years of age
1-2 years experience preferred, but will train
ABC Certification - DE
Ability to access online scheduling apps
Knowledge of RAS (Responsible Alcohol Service) procedures as defined by both federal and state laws
