We're hiring a Demand Generation Manager to take our content, our positioning, and our point of view and turn it all into campaigns that drive enterprise pipeline.
This role runs demand gen campaigns across channels - outbound, paid media that drives inbound, social, and whatever else earns its place in the mix. You'll also build out a meaningful social strategy from the ground up.
You should be a craftsperson at heart. You've spent years at an agency learning how to run demand programs across many different companies, and ideally you've taken that craft in-house too. You know how to sell into marketing because you've done it; you've spoken their language, sat across from CMOs and VPs of Marketing, and built campaigns that actually moved them.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift to meet what the market is telling us. You're comfortable on a remote team.
5+ years in B2B demand generation, with meaningful agency time running demand programs across multiple companies
Deep experience marketing to marketing buyers, like CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and the teams around them. Ideally for a martech or marketing-adjacent product
Real understanding of the enterprise B2B sales motion: long cycles, multi-threaded buying committees, account-level targeting, sales partnership
Hands-on craft across outbound campaigns, paid social (LinkedIn especially), paid search, and content syndication
A track record of building campaigns that sourced or influenced real enterprise pipeline, not just MQLs or impressions
Strong written and verbal communication, with the editorial judgment to know what to say and what to leave out
Self-starter energy with a collaborative streak
Genuine interest in marketing, brand, and how companies show up in the world

Experience building organic social and executive thought leadership programs from the ground up
Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and the modern enterprise demand stack
