Shipping Coordinator (LTL) 9:00AM-5:30pm

• 1-3 years of shipping or related warehouse experience.
• Experience w/ operating a forklift, material handling. 
• Collaborate and cooperate with your supervisor, coworkers and other departments.
• Easily adaptable to new technologies and systems and navigate the customer portals.
• Strong communication and listening skills as well as motivated and independent worker. 
• Read, write, speak and understand English
• Able to utilize a computer w/ MS Window Systems and web-based applications
• Capable of kneeling, bending, lift to 40 lbs. and proficient eyesight.
• Must operate Material Handler equipment.

• This role requires the ability to lift 20 - 40lbs, standing for long periods of time, moving quickly, kneeling, bending, and proficient eyesight. 

• →Work within customer portals to schedule shipments.
• →Schedule LTL shipments.
• →Work with the Transportation Manager for international shipments.
• →Help verify product and product counts.
• →Work with inventory team on any discrepancies.
• →At times needs to be proactive in getting work completed on time.
• →Works closely with the supervisors and the inventory team to accomplish tasks.
