Operations & Data Manager at Hillel at the University of Wisconsin–Madison (Part-Time)

UW Hillel, located on the University of Wisconsin-Madison Campus, is looking for a part-time Development Operations and Data Coordinator to maintain our ever-growing donor database. This position will work closely with our Director of Operations, Development Officer and CEO.

• →Gift processing across multiple donation platforms
• →Acknowledgements, billing, pledge reconciliations
• →Manual syncing between databases
• →Database hygiene, deduplication, regular reporting
• →Mailchimp segmentation, list management
• →Data integration from form applications
• →Basic office/admin workflows

• 1–3+ years of relevant experience in office environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of Donor Management software such as Little Green Light, Salesforce WIX, Canva, Monday.com, a plus but not required
